Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our standard return policy after receiving the item.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details so we can investigate the matter.

For credit card payments, some banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund before it appears on your statement. This process typically takes 5-10 business days from when the refund is issued by our company.
