The quintessential bandage that isn't really a bandage! Realistically this is just a super big bandana. You can use this as an arm sling or the like. The packaging says it can be used as a tourniquet, but that sounds questionable.

In terms of practical use, this is excellent for filling out your little first aid pouch.
